A MESSAGE FROM

STATE REPRESENTATIVE ANGIE CHEN BUTTON

When Communists conquered China, my parents fled to Taiwan for their lives. My first home was a hut of bamboo and mud. I learned the value of hard work, education, hope, and freedom. Those conservative values guide me as I serve you in the legislature like this:

  • We must stop crime, so I passed a law to stop cities from defunding police.
  • Joe Biden’s open border endangers America, so I directed six billion dollars to border security.
  • Education is vital, so I passed an additional twelve billion dollars–the largest public classroom investment in Texas history.
  • I defended children from online predators and banned sexually explicit performances, such as drag shows, in front of children.

If you agree with these values, I would be honored to earn your vote.
